3.1 Daytrips Thailand provides a convenient platform for selecting and purchasing travel packages, transportation services, tickets, and other travel-related services provided by Daytrips Thailand or our third-party sellers ("Sellers") through our platform. The company reserves the right to change, suspend, discontinue, or modify any service at any time and may impose terms, limitations, or amendments without prior notice.
3.2 By using our services, you may be required to pay service fees and charges to the Sellers. You agree and understand that you are solely responsible for these service fees, Seller terms, and charges. We do not guarantee the continuous provision of our services and reserve the right to deny access, make changes, suspend, terminate, or discontinue our services.
4. Content on Daytrips Thailand
4.1 In these terms and conditions, "Content" refers to all materials, including text, photographs, graphics, images, drawings, videos, audio, data, code, and other materials presented or used on Daytrips Thailand. 6. Customer Reviews and Comments

6.1.1 You own intellectual property rights in the content.
6.1.2 You can waive any cultural rights associated with the content.
6.1.3 The content complies with the law and is true and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6.1.4 You are of legal age or using the service under parental or guardian supervision.
6.2 You agree not to submit false, offensive, unlawful, risky, hateful, resistant, or personal information about third parties.

7. Confirmation of Orders and Refund Policy
7.1 You can select and purchase travel services through Daytrips Thailand. Orders may require confirmation from Daytrips Thailand or the seller. Payment must be made as per our instructions, unless otherwise specified. Payments are non-refundable.
7.2 Prices and fees may change. You agree to pay the revised price if you use our services after such changes are announced.
7.3 Daytrips Thailand may reject or cancel any orders that violate these terms and conditions.
7.4 If you cancel an order within the specified cancellation period or if the service is canceled according to your company or the seller's policy, you may be entitled to a refund as specified by your company, subject to fees, currency exchange rates, and user taxes. The customer is responsible for all of these.
7.5 Use of E-Voucher:
7.5.1 After a successful order, you will receive an electronic E-Voucher ("E-Voucher") via SMS, email, or mobile app notification. You must present the E-Voucher as specified for service redemption.
7.5.2 You must adhere to the terms and conditions of the E-Voucher, including timing standards for meeting at the designated meeting point and necessary documentation. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the denial of service without a refund.
7.5.3 Lost or stolen E-Vouchers may not be reissued, and the redemption of such E-Vouchers may be illegal, resulting in rejection and no refund.
7.6 The contract will be completed upon payment by the customer. If any changes are made before payment, even if an agreement has been made, the agreement shall be deemed canceled until the policies or conditions have been changed, without prior notice, except as otherwise specified.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Daytrips Thailand does not guarantee the accuracy of content provided by sellers and is not responsible for such content.
8.2 You understand that communication on our platform may not be retrievable.
