Cancellation and refund  Policy

     If you already have a booking, you can confirm the complete cancellation policy by checking the "Cancellation Policy" section in your booking details. Additionally, you can cancel your booking by following the instructions provided on our website.

 Free Cancellation:

    If you wish to receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before the booking time.

Any changes made within less than 7 days* before the booking time will not be accepted.

If you cancel within 3-6 days* before the booking time, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel less than 2 days* before the booking time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

 Non-Refundable Cancellation:

     If you cancel less than 2 days or less than 24 hours* before the booking time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made within less than 24 hours* before the experience start time will not be accepted, and no refunds will be provided.

***Refund amounts will be calculated in Thai Baht currency only and depend on the exchange rate on the day of the refund.

 

***Some promotional offers may not be eligible for free cancellation.

 

Terms for Airport Pickup:

    The vehicle will wait at the airport for up to 2 hours after the scheduled landing time. If it takes longer, there will be an additional charge of 800 Baht net per hour. In case of flight cancellation or delays, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled landing time. 

In cases of emergency cancellation or no-show, the full service fee will be charged, and no refunds will be possible.

 

***Please note that the cancellation of any agreement will be based on the local time of Thailand,

as referenced by the time of receipt of emails or messages from the service provider.
