Cancellation Policy

Payment and Service information  1.Our operations are governed solely by the agreement between the clients and the company.  If there is an agreement between the driver and the user privately, without notification to the company, or if the company has been notified but has rejected the service or agreement in question, the company will not be held responsible for any damages or liabilities arising from such actions or agreements. In any case, it should be considered that the company has no involvement or responsibility regarding such agreements. 1.1 In the event that the service user wishes to modify, amend, add to, or cancel any part of the existing agreement or service, they must notify the company directly and obtain confirmation from the company. In cases where an agreement or conversation occurs directly with the driver, it shall be considered an action taken independently of the company. The company shall not be held responsible for any liability or damages arising from such actions 1 , as per section 9 of the rules. 1.2 In the event that the service user makes direct payments in cash, deposits, or any form of payment to the driver, outside of booking through the company's website or social media channels, it shall be considered an action taken independently of the company. The company shall not be held responsible for any liability or damages arising from such actions, except as otherwise specified in the contract, as outlined in section . 1.3 The company may require the service user to make cash payments in certain cases Note: The cancellation process is subject to the local operating hours of the service provider and may take between 2-5 business days. Once your cancellation request is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us, and the refund will be issued within 30 business days, depending on the processing times of both the local bank and the customer's bank.
