HOW THE PRICE WORKS — PLEASE READ • Expressway tolls are INCLUDED in the car price. • The number you select next to a vehicle is the NUMBER OF CARS, not the number of guests. One car for your group? Keep it at 1. Need two cars? Select 2 (up to 5 cars per booking). You can also mix, e.g. 1 Van + 1 Sedan. • You pay for the whole car, not per person. Your whole group rides together in one private vehicle for one price. • "From THB 600" shown on this page is only the online deposit. It is NOT the full trip price. PRICE PER CAR • Sedan (up to 3 guests): THB 4,100 • SUV (up to 3 guests): THB 4,100 • Van (up to 9 guests): THB 4,500 • Alphard VIP (up to 5 guests): THB 12,000 — on request; we confirm availability before you are charged Groups of more than 9 guests: book more than one vehicle or contact us for a group quote. Large suitcases, golf bags, strollers or wheelchairs may need a bigger vehicle — please tell us when you book. TWO WAYS TO PAY 1) Deposit: pay THB 600 online now (+ travel insurance THB 50 per guest and a 6.75% online payment fee) to reserve the car, then pay the rest directly to your driver on the day. 2) Pay in full online: same car price as above. At checkout we add travel insurance (THB 50 per guest) and a 6.75% online payment fee. CUSTOMER DETAILS & PAYMENT — IMPORTANT CUSTOMER DETAILS Please provide the lead passenger's full name, email address and contact phone/WhatsApp number, travel date and pickup time, exact pickup address or hotel, destination/drop-off address, number of passengers (including infants and children), and luggage requirements. For day trips, list your preferred stops. For airport transfers, include your flight number and arrival/departure time when available. PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION The rate is per private vehicle, not per person. Select your vehicle type and number of vehicles. You can pay THB 600 online as a deposit and settle the remaining vehicle fare directly with the driver on the service date, or pay the full vehicle fare online. A 6.75% online payment fee and travel accident insurance at THB 50 per guest may apply as shown in your checkout summary. Your reservation is confirmed after payment and confirmation by Daytrips Thailand, subject to vehicle availability. TRAVEL ACCIDENT INSURANCE Personal travel accident insurance is separate from the vehicle's standard insurance. If arranged, we will ask privately for each insured passenger's full name, date of birth and passport number. You do not need to send passport photos or scans. -------------------- HOW BOOKING WORKS 1) Choose your vehicle and how to pay, then pick your date and pickup time. 2) Enter your hotel or pickup address in Bangkok (shown as "Customer's Place" — this means we pick you up where you are staying). 3) Tell us the places you want to visit, or ask us to suggest a route. 4) We confirm your booking and send your driver's details before the trip. Your driver stays with you all day and drops you back at your hotel. No Pets Allowed: To maintain the cleanliness and condition of our rental cars, pets are not allowed. Driver’s Accommodation Fee: If traveling to other provinces, there is a driver’s accommodation fee of 500 THB. If the customer provides accommodation, the fee is waived. Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before the booking time. 50% refund if canceled 3-6 days before the booking time. No refund if canceled less than 2 days before the booking time. Service Hours: 10 hours for a full-day rental. Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during the rental period will be billed separately. Overtime charges apply if the travel duration exceeds 10 hours: Insurance Coverage: The rental includes basic car insurance.
