HOW THE PRICE WORKS — PLEASE READ • Expressway tolls are INCLUDED in the car price. • The number you select next to a vehicle is the NUMBER OF CARS, not the number of guests. One car for your group? Keep it at 1. Need two cars? Select 2 (up to 5 cars per booking). You can also mix, e.g. 1 Van + 1 Sedan. • You pay for the whole car, not per person. Your whole group rides together in one private vehicle for one price. • "From THB 600" shown on this page is only the online deposit. It is NOT the full trip price. PRICE PER CAR • Sedan (up to 3 guests): THB 5,300 • SUV (up to 3 guests): THB 5,300 • Van (up to 9 guests): THB 5,700 • Alphard VIP (up to 5 guests): THB 16,800 — on request; we confirm availability before you are charged Groups of more than 9 guests: book more than one vehicle or contact us for a group quote. Large suitcases, golf bags, strollers or wheelchairs may need a bigger vehicle — please tell us when you book. TWO WAYS TO PAY 1) Deposit: pay THB 600 online now (+ travel insurance THB 50 per guest and a 6.75% online payment fee) to reserve the car, then pay the rest directly to your driver on the day. 2) Pay in full online: same car price as above. At checkout we add travel insurance (THB 50 per guest) and a 6.75% online payment fee. CUSTOMER DETAILS & PAYMENT — IMPORTANT CUSTOMER DETAILS Please provide the lead passenger's full name, email address and contact phone/WhatsApp number, travel date and pickup time, exact pickup address or hotel, destination/drop-off address, number of passengers (including infants and children), and luggage requirements. For day trips, list your preferred stops. For airport transfers, include your flight number and arrival/departure time when available. PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION The rate is per private vehicle, not per person. Select your vehicle type and number of vehicles. You can pay THB 600 online as a deposit and settle the remaining vehicle fare directly with the driver on the service date, or pay the full vehicle fare online. A 6.75% online payment fee and travel accident insurance at THB 50 per guest may apply as shown in your checkout summary. Your reservation is confirmed after payment and confirmation by Daytrips Thailand, subject to vehicle availability. TRAVEL ACCIDENT INSURANCE Personal travel accident insurance is separate from the vehicle's standard insurance. If arranged, we will ask privately for each insured passenger's full name, date of birth and passport number. You do not need to send passport photos or scans. -------------------- HOW BOOKING WORKS 1) Choose your vehicle and how to pay, then pick your date and pickup time. 2) Enter your hotel or pickup address in Bangkok (shown as "Customer's Place" — this means we pick you up where you are staying). 3) Add any optional extras you want, such as a guide, tickets or a boat. 4) We confirm your booking and send your driver's details before the trip. Your driver stays with you all day and drops you back at your hotel. The vehicle fare includes 10 service hours plus 4 hours of overtime for this planned itinerary (THB 300 per hour, already included). Further overtime beyond the planned program: THB 300 per hour. Driver and vehicle stay with you; the train ride is a separate ticket. TERMS • Infants and children count as passengers. Baby car seat available on request. • Larger groups are arranged with additional vehicles — contact us for a group quote. • Cancellation: full refund 7+ days before the booking time; 50% refund 3–6 days before; no refund within 2 days.
