Payment and Service information 1.Our operations are governed solely by the agreement between the clients and the company. The company shall not be held responsible for any liability or damages arising from such actions 1 , as per section 9 of the rules. 1.2 In the event that the service user makes direct payments in cash, deposits, or any form of payment to the driver, outside of booking through the company's website or social media channels, it shall be considered an action taken independently of the company. Once your cancellation request is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us, and the refund will be issued within 30 business days, depending on the processing times of both the local bank and the customer's bank.
